The main bed is semi-private and is a queen bed with a mattress topper for extra comfort. This trailer has a stereo system that plays inside and out. Outdoor lights on the awning and the awning itself for some shade. The trailer will be empty when going out and expected to be returned the same way. I can fill the tank with water if you're going to a site without water hookups. Please be aware that the tank holds 44 gallons of freshwater. The water tank can be emptied by opening the drain under the trailer between the door and wheels. The sewage tank needs to be drained before returning unless you choose the add-on to have me do it.

Our travel trailer weighs approximately 6,700 lbs and is great for full size SUV's or 1/2 ton pickups (or larger of course). The trailer rental does comes an equalizer stabilizing hitch; however, the trailer does still requires an electric brake controller. Security Deposit Notes: Unit must be returned clean and free of debris or there will be a $100 cleaning fee deducted from the security deposit.
