The couch/table area converts into a bed, however we can include an add-on which allows it convert to a king (see pictures for the different options). There is a pop-out tent off the back which can also sleep 2. Linens and pillows provided upon request. Full bathroom with a standing/sitting shower and toilet paper is provided. Towels provided upon request. There is a desk area, ideal for those needing to do some remote work. This space also works great for a TV. Trailer has been fully insulated and has a freshwater tank heater, making cold weather camping possible. Equipped with electric fireplace, propane heater, and electric air conditioner. With a gross vehicle rating of 7000 lbs and dry weight of 4200 lbs, there is plenty of load-in capacity. The trailer has a 200 amp hour lithium battery and a Renogy 2000 watt inverter/charger. Generator provided at additional charge. Spare tire included and hitch ball provided upon request. We do require you have a 7-pin electric plug and electronic brake controls. No smoking allowed in the camper: a $250 fee will be charged upon return if this rule is not adhered to.

Wow! Check out this 2021 hideout with 2 slides. Has a queen bedroom in the front with a 1/2 bath of its own. With a bedroom in the back with a bunk bed setup and a twin bed also. The mid area has a living room , full bathroom , and kitchen area ! The couch and table both also make beds. Comfortably sleep 8-10. Camper comes with all the basic necessities. A toaster, coffeemaker , various plates, Bowls, utensils. Also a variety of disposable items for your use. Also included is toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap. Just bring you personal care items and linens!

This is a family and dog friendly trailer. We have only used the garage to haul small toys like bicycles and kayaks. We have tall kids and a pack of dogs so we use this for the big beds, tall ceilings and floor space.

The 2021 Dutchmen RV Coleman Lantern Series 17BH is a great camper! When you come into the camper upfront you'll find a queen bed with storage under the bed. The kitchen is in the middle of the camper with a nice sink, counter and 2 burner stove, along with a microwave and good sized refrigerator. The back provides bunk beds and a decent-sized bathroom with a shower. Includes: Bedding for Bunks & Queen Bed Towels & washcloths (camper only, NO pool, beach, or other use) Pots & pans Kitchen Utensils Plates Cups Dish Towels (Camper use only) Electric Cooktop Coffee Maker Cleaning Supplies Toilet paper Paper towels It is fully stocked with all the necessary items you will need for a weekend/week camping getaway. Just bring your clothes & food & enjoy our camper! We don’t supply water for the freshwater tank. You would need to fill it out on your own. NOTES: Camper needs to be swept out and hard surfaces washed down (including bathroom) upon return. If it's more convenient for you, we will do it for $60. The propane tank needs to be refilled and if not then there will be a $25.00 fee. The camper will be neat and clean prior to pick up/delivery. It is expected that the camper return in the same condition. A $175 cleaning fee will be assessed if the camper is returned/picked up in worse condition from initial pick up/delivery. The RV requires a class 3 or 4 hitches, 7 pin round tow plug, and brake controls. Both grey and black tanks are to be dumped or there will be a $100.00 clean-out fee. This is a no-smoking camper. Anyone found to have done will forfeit their entire security deposit. Pets are not allowed: deep cleaning fee - $175 ** Pick up is at 10 am no time later and drop off is between 10 am-12 pm. This unit has everything you need in a travel trailer! This Keystone Springdale is classified as 4 seasons, which means it can be used all year round with the proper prep. This Springdale has 2 entrances, one is a private entrance to the main bedroom and the other door is the main entrance. It has a beautiful picture window in the rear. That's our favorite part. We get up early and open the shades and watch the sunrise while we sip our favorite beverage. I just installed a canopy over the slide out for added comfort. The radio functions in several capacities, it plays the radio and DVDs plus it has 3 settings for speaker output so you can enjoy your favorite music throughout the unit as well as a setting for outside. There are extras if needed. For a small fee of course. There is a generator for boondocking and (4) 5 gallon freshwater tanks that can also be rented for extra convenience.
