You and your family will create lasting memories in this brand new 2021 Heartland Fuel Toy Hauler. Haul it yourself, or have it delivered up 100 miles from pick up site. Located at the front is a master bedroom with queen bed. Also includes a TV, lots of storage and an attached bathroom with large shower, toilet, and two seperate enterances. Main living/kitchen includes a leather reclining couch, 50" TV, fully equipped kitchen, and lots of storage. At the rear there is a 2nd half bathroom, and garage where you can store a recreational vehicle. You will also find a power drop down queen bed / opposing sofa / dinette. The garage door drops into a back porch with railing. Outside there is a 12' power awning with LED lights. There is air conditioning and heating throughout the trailer. We ask that our trailer be returned with gas tank and propane refilled, and all water/sewer tanks dumped. There are add-on fees available if you would like us to take care of these things for you. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the trailer. If we discover it has been smoked in, there will be a $400 treatment fee. Trailer must be returned cleaned the way it was picked up. Linens and dishes washed, floors swept, bathrooms cleaned, all surfaces and fridge wiped down. We will provide all safe cleaning products. There is an add-on fee if you would like us to clean it for you. If you plan to tow yourself, you will need an Anderson Hitch, or a Fifth Wheel Hitch. Pick up and drop off time is 5 pm.
