This camper a BRAND NEW 2022 28ft-8in Salem Forest River 240BHXL - fully loaded with all the luxuries of your day-to-day life, to make your camping experience as comfortable as ever! Eating: Enjoy your morning coffee at the U-shaped dinette with a panoramic window to enjoy the beautiful scenery around you. The oversized refrigerator has plenty of room for meal prep and the three-burner cooktop allows for ample cooking space. Or go easy and make dinner in the microwave (hey, you’re on vacation). Plus, a walk-in pantry (enough said)! Or cook and eat outside with the outdoor propane griddle cooktop (and don’t forget to use the outdoor fridge to keep your drinks cold). Relaxing: Relax inside after a long day of camping fun with the full-color LED electric fireplace (with heat if desired). Turn on the 32” TV and watch a DVD, listen to music through the Bluetooth stereo (indoor and outdoor speakers), or lay back and read a book. Cleaning: The rear corner bathroom has everything you need to get squeaky clean each morning (including a full shower). Covered in sand after swimming? Access the bathroom with ease from the second entrance outside the camper. Also, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off before coming inside. Sleeping: There are plenty of options in this camper that sleeps 7. The kids can sleep on the double-over-double bunk beds (with a privacy curtain), and you can sleep on the queen bed inside the front private bedroom (with it’s own TV!). Need more room…? The camper also has a U-shaped dinette that can transform into an extra sleeping space. Unpack for your stay with ample closet space and under-bed storage. Linens are included for the queen bed, please bring your own sleeping bags or bedding for the bunk beds. ***Additional Rules*** 1. If your site does not include sewer, we require you to also rent the 4-wheeler tote tank. The tote tank must be emptied and flushed prior to the end of your trip. 2. NO smoking or vaping allowed inside or outside the rig. Additional fees will be applied if the camper smells like smoke upon return. 3. ALL tanks (galley, gray, and black tanks) must be emptied before returning the rig. Additional fees will be applied if the tanks are not emptied upon return.
