RVezy Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Guest referral

If your RVezy referral guest rents a vehicle on RVezy, you will receive a $50 credit on your account available for future bookings once they depart on their first trip. Your referral guest will receive $50 off their first trip as well.

Host referral

If your RVezy referral host lists an RV for rent on RVezy and completes their first booking, you will receive a $100 credit on your account, and your referral host will also receive a bonus $75 credit on their account.

Referral criteria

Referrals must satisfy all of the following criteria for you and them to receive referral incentives:

The referral must be a new RVezy customer.
The referral must sign up for their RVezy account via your referral link.
The referral, or referral’s vehicle, must depart on its first trip.
For guest referrals, the first trip must exceed $200.

Terms of use

As a Referral member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to RVezy’s Terms of Use and RVezy’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for RVezy’s Referral program:

Referral incentive. Referral program incentives may be paid out in the form of credit, cash, gift card, or items of equivalent cash value based on the nature of the promotion.
Qualified referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.RVezy.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives at our website by clicking your Referral program link who is not an existing RVezy user. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
Referred customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).
Referral rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order greater than $200 in total value, minus all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3rd party fees.
Reward payments. Rewards are payable in increments of $50. The maximum number of Qualified Referrals earned per calendar year may be no more than 200 Qualified Referrals.
Maximum earned amount per year. The maximum value payable from qualified leads may not exceed $10,000, unless at RVezy’s sole discretion. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. RVezy’s Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation unless as pre-approved in writing in advance as determined at RVezy’s sole discretion.
No spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is not allowed. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from RVezy’s Referral program.
Right to close accounts. Rvezy reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the RVezy Referral program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
Right to cancel the program or change terms. RVezy reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
We reserve the right to review, investigate, and remove referral credits as well as suspend users or accounts in instances we identify behavior we believe to be abusive, fraudulent, or not aligned with the spirit of the program, such as:
Attempts to gain credit through self-referral by opening multiple accounts using different email addresses or social media accounts.
Credit gained by referring guests through paid advertising, sponsored links, posting to commercial sites, or spamming.
Credit gained by referring guests who cancel their reservations once the credit has been applied to the referring guests’ account.

You are encouraged to share your referral link with friends and family and through social media outlets. However, you may not include RVezy trademarks without permission, present yourself as an employee or consultant of RVezy, or engage in activity that may be regarded as misleading to RVezy customers. We reserve the right to suspend our referral program at any time.
