Very clean 2014 Coachmen 30 foot. It has been used for football weekends, NASCAR events, and trips out of state to visit family, and even one lady who did not want to stay in a tent at a family event, the RV gave her enough creature comforts that she was able to attend the reunion. Easy to drive, park and comfortable on the road. Sleeps 8 comfortably and offers all the amenities you would expect in a RV. It offers AC/Heat, a 50 gallon water reserve, restroom and shower facilities as well as a kitchen, stove, microwave and oven for your next trip. A queen bed in the back and a king size bed over the driving area both sleep 2 comfortably and the jackknife sofa and the dinette that converts to a bed both sleep 2 as well. Kerry was an absolutely fantastic host. Available via text or call. He was very flexible to customers needs and very hospitable. Will definitely use again in the future 😁
The host was wonderful. However, we had nothing but problems with the rv. The generator was not working. They sent a mechanic to bring us a back up generator hours later. He brought the wrong plug so it did not work. They came the next day with the correct plug. Most All of our food spoiled and we were not able to cook and eat due to the generator being messed up. We lived off sandwich meat out of a cooler for 4 days. We waisted $500 on groceries for the trip.
Kerry was very helpful with everything and we definitely will rent again from him!!
