If you have driven an RV before, you will notice the difference right away. Its extremely easy to drive, maneuverable, and comfortable for your entire trip. This unit is fuel efficient, and spacious for the entire family and friends. Equipped with double slide-outs, and rare bunks ensuring comfort and enjoyment for every occasion. This RV also comes equipped with a power awning, lots of storage inside, and out. Includes camping chairs, toiletry, cleaning, kitchen, cooking supplies, also fresh linens included. This unit provides plenty of room for 8 adults comfortably. Master bed(2), 2 single bunks (with DVD players for each bunk, dinette conversion, sofa conversion, and over head cabin sleeper. Comes equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, A/C, and heating, and a tankless water heater. This will allow much more hot water for multiple showers, or even longer showers. This RV will be great for camping on the spot, or adventures on the road… you decide! Please be respectful: No smoking, vaping, no concerts/festivals, and no pets. We will have the vehicle cleaned, gassed, and ready to go. Please return the unit the same way! We follow strict guidelines with COVID-19. We sanitize the entire unit, and extra focus on high traffic areas, like handles, knobs, steering wheel, bathroom etc. for your safety. We do also provide delivery service for your convenience. For an additional cost, we will deliver and pickup the unit from your selected location within a 50kms radius. Please select the delivery option from the first page after selecting your dates, or in the (optional add-ons) section. If there are any special requests, please don’t hesitate to ask. We will try to provide what we can, if its not listed. Kitchen - All the necessities for cooking, including pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, basic spices, steak knives, even salt & pepper. We also provide an assortment of cleaning supplies such as garbage bags, dishwashing detergent, hand soap, and hand sanitizer. All you'll need to bring anything, other than your own food, drinks, and your planned list of adventures. Please be seated at all times, while using provided seatbelts when the vehicle is in motion. Also no climbing on the roof of the RV, as it is dangerous and you can be seriously injured. - Pick-up time is anytime after 10am, and must be returned no later than 11am. Early pick-up or late returns may be available upon request, but must discussed ahead of time. - PLEASE NO SMOKING, or vaping inside the RV. Additional charges may be applied if smoke/smoking damages are detected after the RV has been returned. - Please be respectful of the RV property, and usage. We try to give everyone the best experience as possible. Please treat this unit as if it is your own. **ONLY RV rated chemicals and toilet paper are permitted for the RV. These items are included with your rental - 1 toilet paper roll per day. Please DO NOT flush anything other then the RV rated toilet paper down the toilet, as this WILL clog the tanks when flushing. Black and Grey tank indicators MUST display empty when returned. Even if you emptied it, indicators have to show empty, because if it doesn't, I have to make sure for the next renters. This requires me to take the unit to a dumping station, and empty the tanks again and make sure the indicators show empty for the next renters like yourself. I will have to charge the dumping fee of $150. This process is very time consuming and 30mins away, hence the charge. Thank you for your understanding.
