This is a beautiful 2018 Keystone Springdale 303 Bunkhouse. Upgraded queen mattress in the master with 2 bunk beds in the rear. The sofa and dinette both fold into queen beds as well. Can easily sleep 10 people in this trailer. TV in the living room. Climate controlled with heat and ac. 6 gallon water heater to help with those warm showers in the morning. Includes a 3 burner stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer. Please return the propane tanks full and dump all the waste tanks. A good rule of thumb is to return it in the same condition you got her to get your deposit back. We will clean and sanitize her but if by chance there is excessive dirt or sand we will have to charge a cleaning fee. We are flexible on pick-up and drop off time. We don't book tight so we have plenty of time to do a deep clean between people
