The RV was supposed to be cleaned and sanitized. When we picked up the RV it was filthy - hair on shower floor and dirt on bathroom floor, floor was gritty throughout the RV, cab was filthy, cupboards and drawers very dusty. Difficulty starting the RV engine and getting slide out to work. Water heater not functioning properly. Propane tank was not filled causing generator to stop working. Was not a pleasant experience using this RV. We would not use RVezy or recommend this RV to others.
