AMAZING Fleetwood Jamboree BUNKHOUSE! Sleeps 9!

This is our unique 2012 Fleetwood Jamboree-Sport! What makes it unique? Well for starters our Jamboree is complete with a bunkhouse floor-plan that makes it easy and convenient for the WHOLE family to sleep comfortably! And YES all the picture are of our RV, they are not stock photos! Please take a moment to READ the entire listing as a lot of your future questions will be answered as you read. (****As of now we are not allowing DRY CAMPING - please keep that in mind when booking, thank you). Our RV is a FLAT rate of $175 per night (with a 3 night minimum) and includes bedding, linens, towels, dishes, chairs, mat and all items listed. We have a small $50 one time fee for "washing" the RV and completely cleaning the outside at a professional RV Car Wash. On top of that here are no additional fees for using any of our items listed. This is a FLAT rate and won't change. We also offer a discount for weekly and monthly use! RV Description…… This RV is powerful with a Ford Triton V10 engine, 5-speed automatic trans w/over-drive and cruise control! The sleeping configuration includes 1 “upgraded” Queen Tempur-Pedic bed, 1 Full bed (over cab), a set of Bunk beds, 1 Jackknife Love-Seat Sofa bed (sleeps 1) and 1 bed that converts from the dinging room table (2 small kids), sleeping a Total of “9” (6 Adults comfortably and 3 small children) ! There is also a Flat screen TV with a DVD player. This will come with a boat-load of family friendly DVD movies!! Great for an adult trip or a family outing! When you head to an RV Park this Fleetwood Jamboree is equipped with 30 AMP hook up! We require you to ONLY HOOK UP TO 30 AMP! Thanks in advance for this!! The RV is approx. 11.5 Feet tall and approx. 32 Feet long. We hope this helps you as you book for campsites to know the length and height of the unit. Housekeeping package is “included" and consists of everything you will need for your RVcamping adventures!! Our Jamboree comes FULLY equipped for all of your RVcamping needs; with all linens, blankets, towels, dishes, pots, pans, sleeping bags, outdoor mat & chairs (for those nights under the stars and has a 10ft Awning), boogie boards, games, DVD movies and a small coffee maker. We will also have paper and plastic if you really don’t feel like washing dishes! Heck you are on vacation! So that includes; all paper plates, plastic silverware, styrofoam cups, napkins and paper towels. As a family of five we understand the value of time away together. We hope you have an adventure on our Jamboree-Sport RV and enjoy it as much as we have!! **AGAIN ALL OF THIS INCLUDED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!!!***All we ASK from you as the renter - is to return it in the same condition as you received the RV. Please clean RV with small cleaning supplies that are in the RV for you. Hang dirty towels in bathroom, and sweep and wipe down all surfaces. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!***** ****NEVER EVER WILL THE RV BE ALLOWED TO BE HOOKED TO A 50AMP CONVERTER. THIS WILL BLOW THE SYSTEM AND CAUSE DAMAGE. IF WE FIND OUT THAT YOU ARE DOING THIS, WE WILL RETAIN THE SECURITY DEPOSIT - thank you in advance!!***** +++We have a tracking (GPS) device on the RV for everyone's protection and location of the RV for emergencies. Please keep that in mind when booking with us, thank you!+++ ****Please note - this is a completely non-smoking RV and no pet RV. If we do find out that smoking or pets were on the RV, unfortunately the entire security deposit will be forfeited. Also, if any item is missing from the RV - there will be a charge for each item missing; example: Towels missing or bedding will be a $15 charge for each towel that was missing, etc.**** *We don’t rent out our RV for ANY music festivals.
