A note from the host: Delivery starts at 3pm from our location with arrival time at your campsite dependent on how far away it is and the set up time. We park the RV in its designated spot leveling it using leveling blocks. Once it is in place, we will connect the RV to the power, water, and sewer hookups. We will then walk you through how to use the appliances and answer any questions you may have.

Its a great trailer.
We had issues with this camper. It was suspected that the campers inverter was inoperative therefore none of the electrical components of the camper would work properly, if at all. This was discovered after about 8 hours of troubleshooting the campsite and camper. Aside from the electrical issues which made initially for a bad experience, the refrigerator had no food present, but reeked of shrimp in a hot fridge as soon as we opened the door. The owner, through help of a family member, was able to get us another camper that worked properly, but due to the quick turnaround, it was unable to be cleaned properly before it was delivered to us. The time that was lost on an annual family trip was definitely not ideal, but we were able to communicate with the owner and his family member. Their help was more than accommodating considering the situation.
Great experience, they walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. Would definitely use again.
