PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING: *** Trailer rental is for PICK UP ONLY *** We are conveniently located about 3 mins off of Hwy 97 near Sexsmith Road in Kelowna BC THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW: RENTAL RULES: - Must hold a Valid Drivers License - Minimum of 25 years old to rent (with some exceptions - please contact owner) - Must have previous experience towing a trailer - Smoking/Vaping is strictly prohibited INSIDE the trailer ( any signs of smoking/vaping will be subject to additional fees) - Small pet may be considered (Extra fees apply) PICK UP/DROP OFF TIMES - Pick up is anytime between 11am - 5pm (late pick up fees may apply) - Drop off must be before 3pm (late drop off fees may apply) If you will be dry camping, the 12v battery provided will give you partial power for approximately 3-4 days (depending on your usage) to run interior/exterior lights, water pump, hot water heater & fan ONLY. ** Please note - You will NOT be able to use the plugs inside for a kettle, toaster, charge phones/laptop, microwave or run AC unless you are plugged in to SHORE POWER or run a generator. We recommend that you rent our generator so you can continue to enjoy things such as AC, microwave, charging your phone, using a kettle and toaster etc. Running the generator periodically throughout the day will recharge the 12v battery so you are able to continue using the water pump, water heater etc.... Each campsite will have rules as to when you are able to run your generator. Please make yourself familiar with campground rules. There is a base cleaning fee of $75. Any excessive cleaning will result in a $40/hour cleaning fee and will be deducted from your damage deposit. EQ HITCH WITH STABILIZER - Included LATE DROP OFF FEE - $50 Trailer must be returned before 3pm - There will be a $50 charge for each additional hour late (unless discussed otherwise) LATE PICK UP FEE - $50 Trailer must be picked up between 11am - 5pm - There will be a $50 charge for each additional hour late PET DEPOSIT - $250 Our trailer is pet friendly - We allow small dogs (30lbs or less) - Dogs are NOT permitted to sleep with you in the beds or allowed on dinette seats. PET CLEANING - $75 Pet cleaning fee is separate from regular cleaning fee. Please clean up after your pet. Any excessive hair or odours will result in an additional cleaning fee of $200 and will be deducted from your pet deposit. PET FEE - $50 Maximum 1 dog (30lbs or less) DUMP FEE - $50 Black & Grey tanks MUST be dumped prior to returning the trailer. Failure to due so will result in a dump fee of $50. PLEASE DO NOT THROW FOOD OR PAPER TOWEL IN THE TOILET. Only use the recommended RV toilet paper PROPANE TANK & GAS REFILL FEE - $25 each Please fill up all propane tanks & generator gas tank (if applicable) prior to returning trailer to avoid the cost of filling the tanks plus a $25 service fee. OUTDOOR PROPANE FIRE PIT - $50 Great to use for those unexpected fire bans. You may use 1 of the 2 propane tanks supplied with the trailer for fire pit use. YAMAHA EF2400iS GENERATOR - $150 Conveniently quiet to recharge your 12v battery while dry camping - gas tank must be full upon return (refill fee may apply) The supplied 12v battery will last you approx 4 days if you are careful with your battery usage. This generator will charge your 12v battery so you may continue to use the interior/exterior lights, water pump, hot water heater, stereo With a generator running, you will have usage of all your lights, plugs for phone charging, toaster, kettle, microwave, AC etc until the generator is turned off.
