Hi! Thanks for checking out the Grand Design! This 2023 unit is loaded with features to ensure you have a comfortable and effortless RV experience. Heated and massaging recliners, power retractable awning, tankless on demand water heater, 3 separate beds, JBL indoor/outdoor sound system, heater fireplace, TV with HDMI capability, and a private bedroom room are just some of the cool features of this brand new unit. We provide dish & hand towels, oversized bath towels, cutlery and cookware, plus dish soap and hand soap. You are responsible for bringing your own bedding. This trailer is great for larger resorts with full hookup sites. Let's chat before you book to ensure we get you the most comfortable stay possible. Propane is provided. We deliver and fully set up the trailer so all you have to do is show up and start having fun! We are not responsible for campground reservations but we can help point you in the right direction when it comes to where to camp and what to do. Send us a message and we will be happy to help you plan the perfect glamping get away! I am here to help! All campground reservations must be made separately with the campground’s reservation agency. Please keep in mind the maximum trailer length restrictions at whatever campground you book your stay at. This trailer is almost 38ft long and can't fit in smaller campgrounds. Pick up will be one hour prior to check out time at your campground. Delivery to private residences is fine but we ask that you ensure there is adequate room for maneuvering of the truck and trailer. We will NOT deliver to the Oceano dunes. We do have a 3500 Watt generator that is available at extra cost if you're planning on dry camping. We don’t typically charge a cleaning fee as long as you try your best to leave the trailer like you found it…Extra dirty returns will incur a $250 cleaning fee. (Excessive Sand, Mud, Spills, Stains, Scratches, Dirty dishes, Trash and Improper Use of Black Tank) If the Trailer and/or the contents in the Trailer at the time of the pickup are damaged during your rental period, you are responsible to pay all damage costs whether you were at fault or not or if damage was caused by acts of nature (wind, rain, earthquake, fire, flood, etc). The trailer awnings do not like wind. It is your responsibility to retract the awning even in the mildest windy conditions. If an accident occurs, you are responsible for obtaining a police report, contacting the other party’s insurance company, and contacting us ASAP. We have multiple add on packages to enhance your RV experience: 1.) The "Gone Fishing" Package - Great for Cachuma and Lopez Lakes! Includes two fishing poles, net and tackle box (Fully stocked with power bait, weights, bobbers, lures, line, stringer and more) $100 Flat Fee (It is your responsibility to obey all state and federal fishing laws) Most importantly please remember...even if the fish aren't biting you can still catch a buzz ;) 2.) Indoor/Outdoor Game Package - Includes Corn Hole, Mega Janga, Chess, Checkers, Tic Tac Toe, Backgammon, Playing Cards. $50.00 Flat Fee 3.) The "Front Porch" Package - Includes folding camp chairs for however many is in your party (up to 8) , folding 5ft table, picnic cooler, two Coleman lanterns. $100.00 Flat Fee 4.) The "Barista" Package - Includes a Keurig Coffee Maker, four ceramic coffee cups, your choice of coffee and cream. (Please specify to us what coffee and cream you'd like in a direct message after booking and we will be sure to have it waiting for you in the RV when you arrive.) $75.00 5.) VIP Wine Tour - This package is specifically tailored for couples looking to explore the best of what the Santa Ynez Valley has to offer. A private car with professional driver will arrive at your campsite and spend the day escorting you to the finest wineries and breweries on the Central Coast. This package is all inclusive for two people and includes: • An itinerary created based on type of celebration as well as wineries acceptance and availability. We work with most wineries including full vineyards and private wineries. • Wine tasting fees at 3 wineries or substitute one brewery. • Catered picnic lunch with Great Mediterranean, Veggie/Vegan, Gluten-Free options available. • Menu will be emailed for selections. • Complimentary champagne, soft drinks, and water/ice. • Door-to-door professional and knowledgeable transportation service • Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez Valley pick-ups/drop-offs. • The vehicle used will be determined by tour operator unless limo upgrade is selected by customers.
