FWII - Bunkhouse family bunkhouse with outside TV

Thank you for your interest in renting our class C 33’ bunkhouse, we call it the “FWII”; please check our business reviews at RV Camping Rental to gain peace of mind that we will not bail on you and ruin your vacation at the last minute. We have 7 motorhomes, and 5 travel trailers...therefore, if one goes down, we have plenty to replace it with; this means we will not cancel your reservation and leave your stranded, and we will reply to your inquiry or messages in approx. no more than 1.0 hr (unless we are sleeping lol). • Great RV for a family with children or a group of friends. There are a set on single size bunk beds by the hallway that will accommodate 2 guests. • Outdoor TV for entertainment • RV Queen bed above front driving area overhang; this sleeping area has a weight limit not to exceed 380.0 lbs. • Both jack-knife sofa and dinette become a single bed, I feel they wouldn’t accommodate tall people. • It has the largest restroom in the industry with double doors and step-in/walk-in shower. • Large kitchen countertop for entertainment with a cover on the sinks to increase counter space. We can deliver, set up, and pick up at your favorite RV Resort. Sorry we are not an authorized concessionaire to provide services inside a State Beach, but we can bring it outside their facilities. All reservations to which we will be delivering, and the rig will not be moved at all, will receive a discounted deposit. Unless we are delivering the RV to your location, you will need to pick up and return it to the KOA 111 N. 2nd Avenue, Chula Vista CA 91910 Towing is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN; receiver hitch is locked. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 1. When booking with us, we have a mandatory non-refundable $500.00 initial payment. No worries, you can reschedule at least a week in advance so you won’t lose your money 2. We offer free reschedule for equal value upon availability 3. By renting from us RV Camping Rental, you will strictly adhere to our Rental Agreement, terms of service, and cancellation policy. All documents will be emailed to you. 4. Late pick up/arrival or return is $129.00 per hour after the agreed time. Please do not be late and respect our time the same way we will respect yours. 5. If you are bringing a dog, you must pay the “Dog Hair Removal” cleaning fee. 6. We do not provide delivery services to Silverstrand, San Elijo and S, Carlsbad State Beaches.
