Jeremiah was very helpful throughout our trip, we were newbies and no idea about pulling a trailer. Jeremiah was so patient and explained everything about towing and gave us a quick tour about everything. We had rented the trailer for a month and every time when there was some kind of hiccups (as we were rookies) he was just one phone call away and patiently walk through the problems and teaching us in every way. We had lot of fun with our toddler in our entire trip. Thank you so much Jeremiah!!!!

Jeremiah was very good at communicating with us. Pick up and drop off was smooth and easy. The reason I didn’t give more stars was that there were a couple of issues with the trailer that made it less convenient to use. Jeremiah has been made aware and I’m sure he will correct them. I’d recommend this trailer for your needs.
