Gus the Bus-Winnebago Vista 31BE Class A-KING bedroom, Bunk Beds and Automatic Queen Loft

Bring the whole family to enjoy "Gus the Bus". You do NOT need a special license to drive this RV. A regular Class C license is all you need. This RV comfortably sleeps 10 people with a KING size bed in the back bedroom (with a private door to the bathroom), bunk beds that each have a DVD player, a queen size bed that drops down from the ceiling above the driver and passenger seats, as well as a sofa that converts to a bed, and a dinette table that converts as well. The bedroom features an ultra plush 12 inch thick mattress. Bunk beds, and automatic queen loft all feature 8 inch thick mattresses with additional pillow topper for ultimate comfort. All our mattresses are always covered with water/stain proof protectors for your comfort. Gus features a super slide that is the entire length of the RV. This means that once you are parked, he doubles in size and has plenty of room for everyone! There are three TVs onboard; one in the living room, one in the back bedroom and an outdoor TV as well. The kitchen features all the amenities of home including plates, cups, utensils, cookware, serving bowls, hot pads, toaster, colander, coffee pot etc. Please note that all mattresses have always been covered in waterproof mattress covers and have pillow toppers for maximum comfort (please do not remove these while renting). The bunk beds flip up to reveal a massive storage area, and the back bedroom has tons of storage as well including under the mattress. You will also find some family games and battery operated touch lights for your convenience and fun! Outside you will find an outdoor TV, outdoor kitchen and an automatic awning with LED lights as well as plenty of storage under the coach to store anything you need. Gus is super easy to drive and operate. The auto-leveling system makes setting up at your campsite a breeze. There is also an electric generator that is operated from inside the coach. Even the refrigerator will automatically switch from propane to electricity depending on whether or not you are plugged in at a camp site. Additional fees include: $40 propane refill prepayment (mandatory) $75 septic drain (mandatory) $100 Cleaning and Linens Fee $50/hr fee for late returns (return time is 11am on the final day of your rental) Optional Fees Include: $60 Camping Comfort Items (6 foot folding table, 4 heavy duty camping chairs) $150 delivery (up to 30 miles); $6/mile for deliveries 30-125 miles Please message me for delivery over 125 miles 100 miles per day included (additional $0.40/mi after that) 4 hours generator use per day included ($5 per hour after that) Return time is 11:00am on the final day of your rental. $50/hr late fee is applied for any returns after 11am. Gus the bus is a non-smoking bus. He does not party at burning man and is family (but not pet) friendly. Smoking in Gus will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
