This was my first rental with RVeasy and it was a great experience.In the past I have rented from the large,National RV superstores and the service and experience with the Brad (RV owner) and RVeasy was exceptional. Booking through RVeasy was simple and streamlined. The communication with Brad (RV owner) was phenomenal! Once my reservation was accepted, Brad immediately was in contact with me. He was extremely thorough with all details about the RV and what was in it(dishes, pots/pans, linen etc.) When I had any questions, he was quick to reply. He also provided a detailed list of how to operate the RV, which was very helpful. He was flexible with pick up and drop times. The RV was exactly as described. It was very clean and new. It had dishes, silverware, linen,cookware, cleaning supplies, camping chairs, BBQ if we wanted to use, and hitch. It had everything we needed. The RV was easy to operate and I found it to be considerably efficient fuel wise. Brad went above and beyond to make our rental a great experience and our camping trip enjoyable. My children loved camping with this RV and asked when can we go again! I will rent from Brad again and highly recommend working with him. The return was simple and hassle free. This was an excellent experience!! Thank-you!
