If a significant smoke smell is detected after the trailer is returned we reserve the right to retain the security deposit in order to deep clean the trailer and remove any smoke odor. ELECTRIC BRAKE CONTROLLER IS REQUIRED We do not provide the brake controller. If your vehicle does not already have one you will need to get one installed prior to towing this trailer. Black and Gray Water Dump Fee: We ask renters to please dump and flush the black and gray water tanks prior to return. If they are not emptied before returning, we charge a $75 dumping fee. Propane Refill Fee: We ask renters to please refill the propane tanks. If they are unable to do so we charge a $25 propane refill fee.
