Before renting, ensure your vehicle will be able to tow the trailer safely. **Warning** An SUV may not be enough to tow this trailer due to its length and weight. It is best if you have or rent a truck. Included with rental: +2 propane tanks topped off. + 5 foldable lawn chairs + Water tank filled (unless otherwise stated that it needs to be empty) +Kitchen stocked with basic cooking essentials i.e.., pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, cooking utensils. +Everything you need to hook up at a RV park i.e., sewage hose, water filter, water hose, surge protector etc. (if needed) +Linen, pillows and light weight blankets +5 bath towels +Toilet paper, paper towels and small trash bags for kitchen waste basket. +Towing package that includes 2-5/16in hitch and sway and distribution bars. (If needed) Add-Ons: +Gas generator, 3500 watt ($30/night) +Dumping of grey and black tanks ($30 fee) NOTE: All add-ons MUST be requested before booking, please message me before reserving for them to be included in the rental. Otherwise, it will be taken out of the deposit. Before returning: Please return the trailer in the condition you took it. Please dump both black and grey tanks.
