2018 Coachmen Prism
Easy to drive 2018 Coachmen Prism on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis. This 25 ft RV is fully contained and easy to operate; great for first time RV'ers. It gets 12-14 miles to the gallon on average and runs on diesel fuel, which is affected by the amount of weight by items taken on trip as well as how much fluids are in the tanks. It has worked well for our family of 5 (4 adults and one child). It sleeps 6 people with (1) queen bed in the back (folds down with the slide out extended), (1) full size bed located in a bunk above the cab with a child safety net, and a twin size bed that is created when the dinette is folded down. We have taken several week long vacations and used it with full hook ups as well as dry camp. Inside and outside has a TV/DVD and stereo system. A coax cable is provided. Fireplace (yep, a fireplace!) slides out and is located below the interior TV. Central heating and A/C inside the RV Exterior shower that is great for washing off after playing at the beach. Cab seats rotate to provide more seating Here's what is included: (3) Folding Camp Chairs (1) Folding table with (4) bench stools (1) Outdoor Mat (1) 2-bike bike rack (bring your own tie down straps) Pots, Pans, Silverware/Plasticware, Coffee Cups, Bowls, Plates, Cutting Board (1) Coffee Maker and filters(bring your own coffee) Fresh Linens for (2) Beds (3) Blankets (Bring your own pillows) (5) Bath Towels (3) Rolls of toilet paper per week (if you feel you need more, use only septic safe toilet paper) (1) Roll of paper towels Bottle of Hand Soap and Dish Soap Bottle of Sanitizer (1) Small Flashlight with extra batteries (1) 15' extension cord All hook up necessities (Power Cord, (2) sewer hoses, and a surge protecter) Sewer hose support A place to park your car when you pick up the RV. We had a great 19 days tour of the southwest USA, all the way around the Grand Canyon. The RV was great and spacious with the slide out. Perfect for a group of 4 adults. Would recommend this RV.

I wish I could rate it 100... We had a fantastic time! Shawn was patient with us as first-time campers and he explained everything and was even responsive when he was dealing with a family medical situation when we reached out to him from our campsite. We will be renting from Shawn in the future. Thank you so much Shawn!! God Bless you and your family.
