Please note you must drop off and pick up Trailer during Gate Hours. 9Am - 6Pm If you love to cook and host, this is the perfect Trailer for you. Easy layout for preparing meals and entertaining guests. Plenty of storage and a super hot water heater that heats up real quick. Lightweight Trailer compared to other 30 foot models out there. Heater and AC work great. Solar panels and inverter work great for small appliances when away from hookups. Propane can be used to power refrigerator and this RV has selfleveling Jack's to stabilize the RV along with a power hitch to lift and drop the Trailer on and off your truck with little effort. I expect the trailer to be returned in the same clean condition, both inside and with the black or grey water tank emptied, as it was when you initially rented it. Bring your own sheets, towels, blankets etc. There are a few trash bags and some cleaning supplies. Bring your own paper towels but please do not flush any paper products into the toilet. Only human products may enter that arena. Queen Mattress for the bed room is a foam topper. If you need a more softer bed I suggest you bring and air mattress because that's what most renters do anyway. The foam topper allows you to either sleep on it (bring your own sheets) or set your air mattress on top. No smoking No candles Do not run the water pump if you are connected to a water hook up. The combined pressure will destroy the water pump. Only use one or the other. Do not turn on the electric water heater if you are using propane to heat it up. Again, only use one or the other. Before towing, make sure the awning is properly secured with the Velcro straps or else it will come off on the free way. Please contact me for any questions.
