Spacious travel trailer in almost new condition. Interior features a full size Simmons mattress with bunk beds for the kids. Lower bunk lifts up for additional storage from the side door. Comes with a fridge and freezer, microwave & lots of storage space. Great travel trailer for a family of 4. If trailer is returned excessively dirty we will charge an additional $100 for deep cleaning. Black and Gray Water Dump Fee: We ask renters to please dump and flush the black and gray water tanks prior to return. If they are not emptied before returning, we charge a $75 dumping fee. If you are picking up and returning the trailer, my storage location does have a dump station you may use, no additional charges if you do this before returning. Propane Refill Fee: We ask renters to please refill the propane tanks. If they are unable to do so we charge a $30 propane refill fee per tank. No Smoking: No smoking is allowed inside the trailer. If trailer is returned with significant smoke odor we reserve the right to retain deposit until deep cleaning is completed to remove the smoke odors.
