Metal tool box on back to store some more items if needed. Bring your food, bedding, towels and personal supplies and get ready for an amazing Vacation. Please note: if you are dry camping, you will need to bring a generator with you as this trailer does not come with one. A rental 2,000 watt generator is available for a fee. RV delivery and set-up available to some local locations. If you plan to pick up the trailer and take it to your destination, please provide the following details: 1. Confirm if tow vehicle has a electronic brake controller 2. Confirm tow vehicle can safely tow size and weight of trailer 3. Destination Dry weight: 4,960 pounds Hitch weight: 780 pounds GVWR: 8,000 pounds Length: 21 feet ( 27 feet tongue to bumper.) hitch will be provided with weight distribution bars for easy towing. SMOKING POLICY: Smoking/Vaping is prohibited within the rental, please refrain from smoking in or around the travel trailer. If it is determined that the unit was smoked in, you will be subject to loss of your full security deposit, in addition to the cost associated to restoration, repairs, AND any business lost due to repair time. FIRE PIT SMOKE/BBQ GRILL SMOKE POLICY-- Please refrain from using the BBQ or firepit in close proximity to trailer. Smoke damage to interior and/or awning will be subject to loss of full security deposit, in addition to the cost associated with the restoration, repairs AND any business loss due to repair time.. The cleaning fee that is applied to the rentals is to provide you the renter with a clean and fresh rental upon the start of your rental. If the trailer is returned with a lot of debris on the ground and dirty counters tops another cleaning fee may be applied by owner. Pickup times will be available after 1pm. Website says 9am. Unless we confirm with one another the time will be after 1pm.
