Kitchen: • Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave*, Sink, and Pantry storage under the dining seat. • Comes fully stocked with Plates, Bowls, Cups, and Cutlery for 4 people. • Cooking Pots and Pans, Cooking Utensils (Tongs, Spatulas, Spoons) and Knives, Cutting Board, Mixing/Tupperware Bowls, Measuring Cups/Spoons, Colander, Bottle Opener, Can Opener, Oven Mitts, Dish Towels, Aluminum Foil, Plastic Wrap, Ziplock Bags, Napkins, Lighter, S’mores Sticks. • A full list of kitchen supplies can be provided upon request, making it easy to pack only the essentials. • *Microwave will NOT work unless plugged into electricity or generator. Cleaning Supplies: • Starter set of Dish Soap, Sponge, Garbage Bags, Disinfectant Wipes provided for easy cleaning during your trip. • Large tub for washing dishes outside or carrying items to the picnic table and dish drying rack included as well. Bathroom: • Toilet, Shower, Sink, Mirror. • Starter set of RV Specific Toilet Paper is included, along with paper towels, garbage bags. • 4 Bath, Hand, Washcloth, and Beach towels. • Please only use the provided RV Specific toilet paper, as nothing else can be flushed. Climate Control: • Mini is equipped with Air Conditioning and Heater for a comfortable temperature in any weather. • Air Conditioner requires a Generator or Full Hook up to 30 AMPS (see upgrades below) • Heater runs on propane. Entertainment: • Inside and Outside Stereo system with Bluetooth capabilities for your enjoyment. Power Supply: • Propane Tank will be filled, and batteries charged prior to your rental. • Please return the propane tank filled or let us know if you'd like us to fill it for an extra charge. • A 50 to 30 AMP converter and surge protector will be available upon request. Storage Space: • Ample storage space available on the bathroom door, under the dining seat, under and over the main bed, as well as a cabinet to the right of the bed. • Towels provided will be stored under the second dining seat. Outdoor Equipment: • Everything needed to set up a campsite. (Leveling blocks, Wheel Chocks, Fresh Water Hose, Grey and Black Tank Supplies) • Attached Awning, 4 Camping Chairs, Large Outdoor Mat, Inside Door Mat, Picnic Table Cloth, and Bench Covers. • Griddle and Outdoor Camping Stove available upon request (see upgrades below). Safety Features: • Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors, Fire Extinguishers, and Emergency Exit included for your peace of mind. • Small First Aid Kit Technical Information: • Trailer hook up is a 7-way connection. • 2 5/16 hitch ball • Brake Controller is a MUST HAVE. If you do not have a brake controller at pick up the trailer will not be rented. Bluetooth Brake Controller is available upon request (see upgrades below). It is required to run Air Conditioner, Microwave and other electric components if not hooked up to electricity. • Griddle- $10 a day includes 2 small propane tanks. • Camping Stove- $10 a day includes 2 small propane tanks. • Dump Fee- $75 or you must bring back with all tanks dumped. • Set up and Delivery within 30 miles of Roseville $200. • Retrieval within 30 miles of Roseville $200. • If RV is returned with excessive dirt a $125+ cleaning fee will be assessed so please return as clean as when you received it. NO Smoking, Vaping or Pets. No Burning Man, Coachella, or any Festivals. Fees will be assessed if violated.
