This rig has smart TV's in every room, DVD/USB player connected to the 65" tv in the living room. Dual refrigerators, Inside and Out! Inside refrigerator compressor uses 12v and can run on the battery alone in case of a loss of A/C power. Outdoor features - The outside of the RV features a large awning, an outdoor shower, a outdoor Speaker system and LED lights. Full length with the tongue is 32.8 Adjacent to the outdoor kitchen is the outdoor shower for those times you need to clean your hands, dishes or clean the kiddos off before going into the RV. Sleeping - This Travel Trailer can sleep 10, 4 in the quad bunkhouse, 2 on the master bedroom queen, 2 (smaller persons) on the pull out couch and 2 (smaller persons) on the dinette that turns into a bed. Fresh linen’s, pillows and a towel for each person is provided. Extras - In addition to the 3 smart TV’s installed for those very rare rainy days. The prep fee of $100 includes a one time dump fee for the sewage and grey water and the cleaning and sanitizing of the unit. If you want to boon-dock, please be aware you will need to bring your own generator and will be responsible for the dumping of the tanks or pay for that as an add on which is $100 if hook ups aren’t available at your site and we have to take it to another location for this. Fee for delivery/pick up within 15 miles is $100 which includes the KOA, Camp-land and $200 for anywhere within 35 miles which includes Camp Pendleton or Oceanside. Delivery/Pick up to Julian, CA can be accommodated for a fee of $400 however both delivery and pick up will need to be on a weekend day and therefor requiring a minimum night stay of 6 nights. ***Weekend to weekend stays will earn you 15% off your nightly stays no matter where your camping. *Active Duty Military families - 10% discount (after verification).
