We had a great summer renting out our trailer in summer 2022. Our renters really enjoyed their trips. We are excited to do it again for summer 2023. Our trailer is calm and relaxing with its brown color interior. In addition, there is lots of space for people to move about in the kitchen and living room area. The Master bedroom and Children's bedroom are separate rooms, which gives people privacy to rest. There is an outdoor kitchen as well, which makes cooking more social and fun. We will include bath towels, kitchen dishes and utensils, dish soap and clothes, and salt & pepper..

Standard departure time: 5:30p.m. Standard return time: 12:00 p.m. Depending on our rental schedule we are happy to discuss alternate time frames for departure and return. Once times have been arranged and agreed upon, late fees will apply for late return ($50/hour). If you are intending to book a power site in order to utilize the air conditioning and get full use of the other powered services in the trailer, you will require a site that offers a minimum of 30 Amps. A 15 Amp site cannot be used to run the air conditioning as this may cause damage to the trailer. *Don't have a way to move it?? No problem. Delivery and set up is available for an additional cost. Just show up with your clothes and food and have fun. We will take care of the rest. Level the trailer, push out slides, set-up outdoor kitchen area, get the hot water heater running and of course putting it all away in the end. Hello This is the perfect Motorhome for a cheap get away and it has a Winter package (Heated Septic , and fresh water Tank ) You can park your Car at our property at your own risk. If the Renter is 60 minutes late for pick up OR drop off without notification of arranged time , a late fee of $100.00 per hour will be charged. NO drop off or pick up at dark ! Pick up time has to be arranged at least 24 hours before pick up NEWS !! As of now we can offer pick up at the Calgary Airport to drumheller for $150 and the drop off at the Airport from Drumheller for $150 ( round trip $300 ) . We are now able to sell Bags of firewood, for $10.00 per bag if requested.

Delivery and pickup is available within 200kms of Calgary, ab We will provide you with all needed necessities for cooking and eating. Pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc, please remember to wash everything :). There's a small flat top that's included which will be demonstrated prior to departure. We will not provide bedding, please make sure you pack your own :) Please pack extra bedding if needed. Solar power system which will run everything in the trailer except for the ac and microwave.
