It can sleep 10 but a couple of the beds are only for children (under 150 lbs) so keep that in mind. The unit is 38 feet with the hitch and apposing slides. Make sure your camp site has the room. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, air freasherners (other than provided) or use of incents in the camper.

If you are camping off grid/without a hook up the battery power will last 2 - 4 days depending on usage habits. Battery power will not run the AC unit.
