Kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, range top, microwave, and kitchen sink. All the cooking utensils and eating utensils are provided for you. Has an indoor shower, and toilet. There is a powerful little AC unit for those hot days and a great furnace for those chilly ones. Cleaned and sanitized towels and dishrags provided. Unit will be fully cleaned and sanitized for each new guest as well. The exterior includes a 13” powered awning with integrated speakers and LED lights and camp chairs . Outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the sand from the beach, and the outdoor kitchen allows you to keep the inside clean while truly enjoying being outside. Power awning with LED lights is so cozy once it gets dark out and you're sitting around the fire. TV, DVD player and radio all set up with speakers to play indoor or outdoor. A U shaped dinette allows for extra seating area, and collapses nicely into a large sleeping/lounging area. Bunk house has 4 single bunks, and a pocket door for privacy. Couch turns into a double bed, while still leaving walking room in the main area-let the under the counter LED lights guide your way around! The master bedroom boasts an upgraded Douglas RV Queen 10" mattress for a very restful sleep after a long day outdoors. Lots of storage inside and outside of the trailer; there's even a pantry in the kitchen! Set up is easy with power jacks, power slide, and everything that you could need fits nicely in the outdoor pass-through storage area. This camper is unique with two grey water tanks; one solely for the shower and the other for sink water. For your convenience, we have stocked the trailer fully for you. No need to think about anything, just jump in and go! The trailer includes pots and pans, RV toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap/dish cloths/dish towels, cooking utensils, plates/bowls, hot dog sticks, s'more maker, pie iron, axe and a few board games and dvds. We even include a water cooler that has hot water on demand! We will include one 20L unopened jug of water for your trip. There's a toaster, kettle, and even an instant pot! A camping BBQ plus a mini tabletop BBQ, and two all purpose bins for your use (We use it to wash dishes outside as to not fill our tanks as quickly). A broom, dustpan and mini vacuum to keep the camper sand-free are easily hidden near the pantry. Lots of towels, face cloths, blankets....you name it, it's there for you. Our beautiful RV also features a washer, dryer, on-demand water heater, convection microwave, induction stovetop and residential fridge. This unit is a treat to drive with air suspension, auto-levelling jacks and a back-up camera. At less than 35’ total length, you can fit in any campground. There is a lot of storage inside and out, a total of 8 seatbelts and the tires are rated for mud and snow. We will ask questions regarding your experience during the booking process as well as prior to releasing the unit. 3/4 ton truck with a fifth wheel hitch are required. Absolutely no smoking / vaping of any type in the unit. If pets are taken we may need to add an additional cleaning fee at close out. Black and grey tanks to be emptied correctly by the renter if prepayment is not selected. If the tanks are not correctly emptied then charges will be applied at close out. Sites booked by the renter must accommodate the unit as well as all accesses to the sites. If on arrival the unit is not able to be set up correctly the renter must make arrangements to aid in getting the unit set up. Only RV toilet paper to be used. We supply a few rolls for you. If you run out please do not flush regular toilet paper.
