Great unit at 28 feet its just the perfect size. Unit has a onboard generator great for producing power for air-conditioner and all the essentials. Unit has 2 tvs great for rainy days or to keep the kids busy. Unit has a nice private bedroom, the couch fold down and can sleep 1 person table can also fold down and sleep 2 kids there a queen bed above the cab that can sleep 2 adults. Comes with camping chairs and roasting sticks comes with small outside portable butane stove does not include butane * This unit is smoke free and does not allow pets. * PICK UP TIME is 3 30 pm or later and drop off is by noon unless otherwise agreed upon. * This unit is full of gas and propane prior to being rented unit is to be filled back to the original gas and propane before return. Only choose pre payment add on if it will not be filled back up before return. *Please return rv clean inside and out 100dollar fee for unit brought back in dirty condition
This trailer comes equipped with solar power to maintain the battery for endless power. It has a propane/electric fridge. Electric stabalizer jacks front and back make set up a breeze. when plugged in at a campsite or generator the air conditioner will keep you cold on the hottest of days. With 2 double bunks a dinette, a couch and a master bedroom this trailer sleeps 4 adults and 4 kids.

This trailer is very easy to drive for someone who doesn't have much experience driving a trailer. Set up and ready for camping in about 15 minutes or less. Has everything you need for a camping trip. Bluetooth speaker on inside and outside of trailer. Bunk beds are great for kids. Table will turn into a sleeping spot as well.

This unit has an outdoor kitchen area with a wet bar sink, mount and gas hook-up for the BBQ (also included!) There is a large pantry, two closets, large under bunk compartment, and under bed storage. Our unit is non-smoking, and is cleaned and inspected by registered RV technicians, regularly.
We have an adorable little 17 ft Rpod that is extremely light and easy to tow behind an SUV. The pod has a full queen sized bed in the rear section, a sink, AC (only while plugged in) two burner stove for coffee or boiling water (I would not recommend cooking inside such a small camper), it has a three way fridge which runs on shore power, 12V and propane, it features a little washroom complete with toilet and small shower. It also has front benches with a small dining table which can fold down to create a double sized bed in the front section. This trailer is ideal for a couple or a small family with a small pet. ** Please note that basic sheets are provided with every rental free of charge - sheets are washed with both borax and bleach. This Jayco RV is still brand new. It has 7 appliances available for use. Fridge Freezer inside, 2nd small Fridge Outside, Microwave, Stove & Oven, Toaster Oven, Ice Maker, AC unit and radio. Unit has an open space concept which provides more space for the family & guests. There is a Queen size bed in the front. This room includes a blackout curtain which provides privacy from the rest of the RV. It is next to the bathroom with a door attaching it. The bathroom is in the middle layout & has a toilet, small sink and stand up shower. The back part of the RV includes the kitchen & living area. The Kitchen Table with bench seats is where the only slideout is. This also turns into a bed for 2 people. The couch located at the very back lays down into the 3rd & final bed for 2 people. All windows have blackout blinds. AC is built in & can be turned on easily. The furnace runs on propane for the heat. There are 2 full 20lb propane bottles provided. The RV does come with an awning as well for the shade. The unit will come provided with the base standard equipment that came with it when purchased for set-up/rig out of the RV.

Push button jacks, awning and slides makes set up quick and easy. The outdoor kitchen complete with BBQ, fridge, sink and plenty of storage ensures your glass and belly are never far from full. It can sleep 10 but a couple of the beds are only for children (under 150 lbs) so keep that in mind. The unit is 38 feet with the hitch and apposing slides. Make sure your camp site has the room. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, air freasherners (other than provided) or use of incents in the camper.
