This Trailer is the perfect family camping nessecity. Love the fact the kids are on one side and parents on the other so no one waking anyone up. The queen bed has an extra soft pillowtop mattress plus Lots of extras included. Like outside Kitchen. Our Trailer is spacious and modern. Has air conditioning and a microwave. We will include a ps4 to play movies on. We will also supply the sheets, dishes and some games. It also has a built in vacuum!! Must have for the sand. This is a family Trailer so there will be some toys included. If not traveling with kids we will remove the toys.

Hi everyone. I just purchased this unit and hope to have it available to rent come May 2024. I am located in Wetaskiwin. 30 minutes south of Edmonton international airport and 2 1/2 hours north of Calgary airport. This beautiful little motorhome looks brand new. It has all the comforts of home. It has one slide, the back bed. It makes it easy to make the bed and has room to walk around it. Kitchen table area is a U shape which provides ample seating. Kitchen comes fully equipped. The bathroom has a nice sized shower and plenty of room. Built on a ford 450 chassis, is a pleasure to drive and setup. Has two opposing slides in main area that makes the living area spacious. The separate bedroom has a walk around queen bed with ample storage for clothes. The bathroom area has doors to partition it off from rest of unit for privacy. Unit has a stand up shower with skylight. The toilet and sink are in a separate room with a door. The kitchen has stove with oven and a microwave. The fridge is larger than most. The flooring is new and a vinyl wood grain plank. Carpet has been replaced in the unit.

Well maintained 32 ft class c with one large slide giving lots of family room. Sleeps 8 total and has seat belts for 9. Very easy to drive with no special license to drive. Linens and towels supplied if wanted at additional cost, along with disposable cutlery and plates. Coffee maker, toaster and kettle and cooking utensils are also included. Has a built in generator that starts from inside so no power sites are accessible. Other add on like barbecue and airport pickup are available for extra cost. Also included are chairs for outdoors.

Comes fully stocked, with reusable dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, cups, hotdog/marshmallow roasting sticks, board games/cards, baseball gloves, frisbee, balls, stack of kids DVDs/movies for a rainy night, 4-5x camping chairs, outdoor table- hopefully, everything you need! Just bring your clothes, food, drinks - and paper plates/cups if you'd rather not wash dishes! We have almost never cooked inside this unit, instead, we usually use a folding table under the awning where the toaster, coffee machine/Keurig, outdoor stove and BBQ all sit for your convenience- this is all included and sits in the under compartments if you want to set it up. This unit works best if she's parked on a full-service site with 30 amp power and water hookups! But she can be filled with water so all the facilities work and she can run on just electricity, or propane and battery too! We do NOT include a generator, but you are welcome to use your own! Details: Sleeps up to 10 according to specs - maybe 6 regular-sized adults and 4 kids, or 4 adults and 6 kids!
