Beds only come with mattress covers. If you'd like linens included please do so in the add on section. The kitchen has a 3 burner stove with oven as well as a microwave if plugged in. Also has a outdoor kitchen that slides out with a two burner stove, sink and mini fridge. Good size bathroom with toilet/tub/shower. Hand soap and hand towel included. Use RV toilet paper only please! Lots of storage all the way around. We provide all the necessary essentials (see photos) so you can focus on creating wonderful memories! Answers to frequently asked questions: - If you plan to camp without hook ups you will need a generator to run the ac. - If you are having the trailer delivered and have no sewage connection at your campsite you will need to add on emptying septic prepayment even if you do not plan to use the toilet. - The propane add on almost always needs to be added if you plan to cook. Excellent family unit. Double slide makes for lots of room for big families. Older but well loved and cared for. Comes with all dishes, utensils, camp chairs, ice maker, bbq, campstove, & propane firepit with 20lb. propane tank, solar panel etc. Everything is included that you need for a fantastic holiday! Everything works, bathroom sink is separate from the Toilet/Shower. Large dressing area between Living Room and Bedroom with sliding doors. This is a small, pet friendly (not on the beds or furniture) and non smoking, non vaping unit. You would need to be plugged into electricity to use the A/C. The $200 per night fee includes: free local (Castlegar area) delivery, propane firepit, icemaker, bedding, outside chairs and side tables, cleaning fee (if returned in good condition), and sani dump fee. The only extra fees are the $80 cleaning fee (if left in a mess), $40 propane prepayment and delivery if outside of the Castlegar area. Just bring your clothes and food!

As much as we loved delivering and setting up for guests unfortunately are not able to due to work schedules. Guests must able to pick up and drop off and have experience or camping with people who have experience with campers.
