The two pop out queen beds are quite comfortable. Even though it's a 2018 it is in excellent shape. Lots of storage. The photos do not do this trailer justice! Sheets for beds are included, please bring your own pillows, blankets, towels, and face cloths. Included: Keurig, pots, pans, dishes, cleaning supplies, cutlery, dish cloths, dish towels, two lawn chairs. Delivery: Includes set-up and tear down.
