Our beautiful and spacious 28 foot Jayco/Jay Flight travel trailer is ready to host your next memorable camping adventure. A comfortable, well maintained trailer, with everything you need for a weekend away, or longer fun filled escapes, weather you're a couple, a small group or a family. This traveling home away from home, can comfortably sleep 6 larger adults or a mixed clan of adults and smaller kids, up to 10 people. The large dinette slide-out provides for a specious living area with comfortable seating, dining and entertainment space. Our beautiful "Land Yacht" is also pet friendly and thoroughly cleaned between each rental. For your added convenience and enjoyment. Additional items supplied free of charge and not listed under the "amenities section", we include the following. -Dishes, (plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, large bowls) -Cooking pots and pans (for indoor use only) -Cutlery and cooking utensils, indoor and BBQ -Blender "for sunset cocktail hour" -Keurig coffee maker, also a stove top kettle if you didn't bring coffee pods -Supply of toilet paper (suitable for black water tank "in moderation") -Ice cube trays -Basic cleaning supplies (Spray cleaners, dish soap, household wipes, trash bags, broom, paper towels (2 rolls), grill cleaning spray) -Marsh mellow/Hotdog camp fire holders. X2 -Small supply package for forgotten items, to get you through your first night. -4 folding camp chairs -30 amp extension cord, 20 amp standard extension cord (if needed) and a 15 to 30 amp adapter. -Food grade water supply hoses -Sanitary sewage hoses -Full fresh water tank if water is not available on your site. Additional bedding will be stored in the trailer for your use if it's required. NOTE: To avoid confusion. The initial cleaning charge when booking the trailer, is for us to prepare and sanitize the trailer for your trip. The trailer is to be returned to us in "reasonably" the same cleanliness condition your received it in. If it's not, we reserve the right to charge and extra $50/hr. from your deposit to rectify conditions for the next renter. Cancelations policy: If renter cancels 1) More than 30 days from start date - Full refund minus the RVezy service fee an tax. 2) Between 30 days and 8 days - 50% of rental amount, no refund on RVezy service fee and tax. 3) 7 days or less - No refund on rental amount, or RVezy service fee and tax. Add-ons will be fully refunded regardless of timing, including cleaning fee, insurance and roadside assistance. If Host cancels: 1) A full refund paid, will be refunded, including service fees and tax. -

The slide just inside the door to the left features a counter area with overhead storage, a microwave oven, three burner range, and refrigerator. The kitchen island in the center of the space features a double kitchen sink for easy cleanup as well as two outlets. There is also a pantry nearby for storing dry goods. A newly renovated slide out features a butcher block harvest table with modular seating, updated lighting, a new sofa and an updated colour scheme. The space is perfect for seating everyone inside. There is plenty of room to enjoy meal time, board games, a place to talk and hang out, or for watching television from the nearby swivel TV entertainment center with an additional Blu-ray player that can also be viewed from inside the front bedroom. Awning gives lots of shade for those sunny days, speakers in and out for listening to music and air conditioning and heat for those unpredictable days and nights. We are excited to list our brand new, 2020 Class C Forest River motorhome. After researching inter provincial travel restrictions, we have made the difficult decision to accept bookings only for Ontario travel. Our RV comes with an extra large, battery operated refrigerator, large circular kitchen sink, combination oven/microwave and a three burner stove top. There is a queen size bed in the back room with a privacy door, a bunk room with extra head space that can also be sectioned off for privacy and a king sized bunk over the driver's seat. Fold down couch and collapsible table provide for additional sleeping arrangements. The sky light in the bath provides ample amount of natural light in the shower. Wireless charger is on the kitchen counter and there are other USB charging ports throughout this air conditioned rig. You have the option to have the kitchen full stocked, receive some towels and linen with the rental. Not to mention we offer a portable barbecue, bike rake and folding chairs with a table. Just check out the add-ons in the booking section. There is ample storage and you will be amazed at how much you can get into this RV when you go on your trip. No smoking in our unit please. There is plenty of power from the Ford e450 super duty gas motor to get you where you want to go. A back camera and additional signal cameras are installed for better visibility when navigating on the road and getting into campgrounds. Bilstein shocks have also been installed to provide a smoother ride on the road.
