Our trailer is in brand new condition and beautifully finished with full kitchen, full bathroom, two double bunks, separate bedroom with queen bed, outdoor shower, solar panels, TV, stereo, slide-out dining area, huge electric awning with led lights and outdoor speakers, a/c. One of the top rated trailers of 2022! We ask that our guests return the trailer with all tanks emptied and must have towing experience if picking up at our location. Our rental amenities are flexible. We offer linens, kitchen essentials, coffee maker, cookware, extra camping equipment (coleman stove, chairs, sleeping bags, tent), etc... This brand new and cozy 27’ 2021 Sportsmen is all that you need to enjoy the outdoors in comfort. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably in 3 queen size beds. The sofa and the table pull down into sleeping arrangements suitable for either one adult per each or two children per each. One bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. An outdoor shower for beach foot, body wash-off, or doggy wash. Outdoor grill and fridge to allow outdoor flat grilling breakfast and dining. NO SMOKING in the unit, in doing so you would forfeit your full deposit. Power awning for when it is too sunny and rainy conditions to allow you to enjoy the outdoors. (Cannot use during heavy winds) Well-behaved pets are welcome. Delivery can be arranged for an additional cost. 75$ up to a 25 km radius, 125$ up to a 50 km radius, and 250$ for up to a 100 km radius which includes a pick-up and drop-off at the same location. Chez Coach Brown Sunseeker is definitely a winner. We purchased it because it met all of our requirements and personal needs. Therefore, we believe it will meet yours. Chez Coach Brown Sunseeker seats and sleeps 8 persons. The main bedroom is in the back with lots cabinets and drawers for personal stuff and 2 night stands on both sides of a queen sized bed. It features bunk beds for the kids near the bathroom and a TV to entertain them. One of those beds folds into a sofa with seatbelts. That way they will be entertained while you're driving. The kitchen is fully equipped with a decent size refrigerator(electicity), 3 top burner(propane) and multi-function microwave/oven(electicity). The diningroom and livingroom are as shown in the pictures. They turn into extra beds if the overhead queen size bed is not enough. One thing you will not lack is storage because there are so many drawers and cabinets including side to side storage underneath. There is a generator onboard and we offer 5 hours per day for free and a small fee for extra hours. There is also a solar panel that will charge the batteries. It will be your responsibility to empty the tanks (gray and black water). However, we can take care of it for you for a small convenience fee. It is also your responsibility to fill the gas tank to the same level but we won't mind doing this for you for a small convenience fee. We could also deliver, prepare and hook everything up for you at your chosen/preferred campground for a small fee. And if you choose to drive it, there are 3 cameras (back, left and right) to help you. It drives like a truck

Hello, We hope you get as much enjoyment from "Evergreen" (our grand daughter named her) as we do. Our home on wheels sleeps 5 very comfortably and the dog too....The kids love the bunk beds, especially the ladder..Just bring your food, clothes and pillows... everything else is included....Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make you stay more enjoyable. If you are not comfortable towing the trailer, we will gladly drop it off to a campsite of your choosing. Whether it's a family vacation or a romantic getaway, this little gem is the one for you.
We love our heaven and finally, we can share it with you! You looked at dozens of Class Cs and this one has the best utilization of space for a 27-foot class C hands down. There are tons of exterior storage and interior storage. The bed is really comfy and the pull-down shades make it nice and dark. The bedroom has a SMART TV, you can enjoy your favourite shows and movies. The upper bunk is roomy enough for adults and really comfortable and also has a TV. The kitchen is very functional and offers plenty of storage including a pantry. There are doors to separate the bathroom and bedroom from the living area, so there is privacy and accessibility at the same time. The seats are very comfortable on long drives, and you can use the Bluetooth connection to play podcasts thru the radio. The rear camera is great, and the side cameras big help too. It is super easy to back this into tight spots. You will really like the RV control system, and it's pretty cool to be able to turn all of the lights on with one touch from leaving room or bedroom. We installed an inverter so we don't need the generator while driving, but when you do turn it on it starts right up and is so much quieter than a potable. You will also like the U-shaped dinette with a huge window, and the ability to make it into a bed for your children or guests to ride comfortably and sleep on. *** Snowbirds are Welcome, please submit requests before RV is winterized, around the end of October, with considerable discounts for long term.*** ***Small Print*** The RV will be provided with a full tank of gas and needs to be returned with a full tank of gas ($350 charge if not returned full) The RV will be provided with empty Waste/Septic Tanks and needs to be received back with Empty tanks. Renter’s duty to dump and empty the tanks. ($80 charge if not returned empty) *** STRICT *** PLEASE NO SMOKING inside the RV, as a consideration for other renters. No Exceptions!
