We are also happy to rent out our camper on our amazing land for you to enjoy 125 acres of trails and tranquility!! Our beautiful 2022 keystone Springdale trailer is available for your adventures! Our trailer is in brand new condition and beautifully finished with full kitchen, full bathroom, two double bunks, separate bedroom with queen bed, outdoor shower, solar panels, TV, stereo, slide-out dining area, huge electric awning with led lights and outdoor speakers, a/c. One of the top rated trailers of 2022! We ask that our guests return the trailer with all tanks emptied and must have towing experience if picking up at our location. Our rental amenities are flexible. We offer linens, kitchen essentials, coffee maker, cookware, extra camping equipment (coleman stove, chairs, sleeping bags, tent), etc... We also offer propane tanks and generator. Happy to outfit our trailer to suit your trip!

Chez Coach Brown Sunseeker is definitely a winner. We purchased it because it met all of our requirements and personal needs. Therefore, we believe it will meet yours. Chez Coach Brown Sunseeker seats and sleeps 8 persons. The main bedroom is in the back with lots cabinets and drawers for personal stuff and 2 night stands on both sides of a queen sized bed. It features bunk beds for the kids near the bathroom and a TV to entertain them. One of those beds folds into a sofa with seatbelts. That way they will be entertained while you're driving. The kitchen is fully equipped with a decent size refrigerator(electicity), 3 top burner(propane) and multi-function microwave/oven(electicity). The diningroom and livingroom are as shown in the pictures. They turn into extra beds if the overhead queen size bed is not enough. One thing you will not lack is storage because there are so many drawers and cabinets including side to side storage underneath. There is a generator onboard and we offer 5 hours per day for free and a small fee for extra hours. There is also a solar panel that will charge the batteries. It will be your responsibility to empty the tanks (gray and black water). However, we can take care of it for you for a small convenience fee. It is also your responsibility to fill the gas tank to the same level but we won't mind doing this for you for a small convenience fee. We could also deliver, prepare and hook everything up for you at your chosen/preferred campground for a small fee. And if you choose to drive it, there are 3 cameras (back, left and right) to help you. It drives like a truck

This modern 2018 RV is small in size but offers every comfort and luxury. What makes this RV unique compared to others is that it is legal to park in most driveways, parking lots, and streets because of its size and weight. Great for those who like to overnight park in a driveway or parking lot on their destination adventure. It drives like a regular van (no rattling like the bigger RV's) and gets fantastic mileage (v6 engine) comparable to a SUV. There is no setup. Just pull in and it is ready for use. You can legally seat 5 when driving but is meant to sleep 2 comfortably (1 queen bed only). It comes fully stocked with everything you need such as kitchenware, linens, etc... Still brand new! Lightweight for the size of trailer! Outdoor kitchen, outdoor sound system, perfect layout for the family! Bunks in the back support 3 people, pull out couch, dining area and queen sized master. Weight distribution hitch available. Air conditioner is amazing. Sizeable shower with toilet and sink just inside the door for easy access. Outdoor shower for the trips to the beach! Fully stocked with lots of cookware and dishes. Large fridge and freezer to keep everyone fed up for the trip.
Brand new, all equipped, barbecue, 2 captains chairs, 2 outdoor cooking tables, small appliances. Also, a Keurig coffee machine, utensils, pots pans,brie baker, dishes, toaster oven, 2 televisions, ready to roll! NO SMOKING! NO PETS! 2 sleep in the Queen bed at the back, 2 where table folds down, and 2 more over the cab of theRV. The maximum amount of people renting the RV at one time is 6 people, anything over than will be $50 per person per night . COOKING of seafood inside the motorhome is NOT permitted. An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged for excessive dirt inside and out.Pictures to be taken at the start and finish of the trip. Failure to empty black tank and or grey tank will be charged at a rate of $200.00, unfortunately this does happen. Please do not tape anything to the inside or outside of the RV please. Our pristine clean trailer is perfect for a family of 6, but it is spacious enough that it can accomodate up to 10 sleepers. It comes equiped with a full kitchen, outdoor BBQ with BBQ tools, outdoor dinnette, camping chairs, full linen sets, bathroom linens, and television. Included in the rental is the weight distribution hitch, an oversized battery for longer off-grid moments, and 2 30 lbs propane tanks (propane is filled periodically, however, 60 lbs lasts more than 60 camping days). If you are looking to get out and explore, this is the trailer for you! Longer term rental is also available, especially for those looking to head south for the winter. For rentals of 7 days or more, I am available to deliver/pick-up the trailer.
