The camper is in excellent condition, clean and well-maintained. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably + 4 smaller guests. Has a queen bed and two bunks in the back. The dining table and couch both convert to sleeping surfaces. The camper has a heater and AC, a propane stove/oven, a fridge/freezer that runs on gas or electricity, a microwave, and a 3-piece bath (trailer-sized tub). Has a manual awning. The camper comes stocked with tons of camping gear. Dishes, coffee maker, chairs, hot dog sticks, etc. All you have to bring is bedding, food and towels. We ask that you replace anything you use. The ball is 2 5/16 inches. If you can’t pull the trailer, no worries we can work out a deal. You book your campsite ensuring you have at least 30 amp power to enjoy the A/C and all that it has to offer. Bedding for the Master is included. If you wanted bedding for the sleeper couch or the fold down dinette please choose that option. Choose your dates and let us know if you need anything and we can adjust it for your needs. When sending your request please let us know as much about your trip as possible to help us make your trip enjoyable. Please let us know the following details to help us get you booked in: Full Campground Name Site Number - if you do not have it booked please provide after Site booked under what name - helps us deliver the unit once we arrive. Type of services that are available: Power 30 or 50 amp Potable Water Septic at site If it is being taken to a non campground site please still let us know if you have access to Potable Water, and Electrical and if it is 15, 30, or 50 amp, as well as if it is close to plug in. If long extension is required you may only be able to access 15 amp power due to the distance. All of these details are very helpful to ensure we can provide the unit to you for your trip. We will ask questions regarding your experience during the booking process as well as prior to releasing the unit. 3/4 ton truck with a fifth wheel hitch are required. Absolutely no smoking / vaping of any type in the unit. If pets are taken we may need to add an additional cleaning fee at close out. Black and grey tanks to be emptied correctly by the renter if prepayment is not selected. If the tanks are not correctly emptied then charges will be applied at close out. Sites booked by the renter must accommodate the unit as well as all accesses to the sites. If on arrival the unit is not able to be set up correctly the renter must make arrangements to aid in getting the unit set up. Only RV toilet paper to be used. We supply a few rolls for you. If you run out please do not flush regular toilet paper.

Well maintained, 21ft travel trailer! Super family friendly. The weight in the listing is the GVWR. This RV is the perfect size for a couple or a small family who wants to escape for a little getaway! It’s lightweight nature makes it easy to tow and allows for versatile camping- will fit into almost every camping spot! When you walk into this trailer, you will find a u-shaped dinette at the front of the trailer that folds down to be a queen size bed, over top of the table is a 3 cabinet storage. It has a full kitchen, fridge and pantry along with a linens closet. At the back of the trailer there is Jack and Jill bunks, with a small storage closet beside top bunk to store clothes or linens. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and bath tub- which is a must for small kids! Includes everything to make your trip comfortable!
