Are you ready to hit the road in style? You have come to the right place! Hello! We are Neal and Laura. We have 4 young children and we love heading to the mountains to get away from it all. We enjoy dirt biking, kayaking and campfires. Some places we enjoy: John Martin Reservoir, Lathrop State Park, and Gunnison KOA. Lovingly named after our children's grandmother, Sweet Pea's Pod, is the posh way to travel. This RV is immaculate! It only has 7000 miles on it and can't wait to have many more! Rest can be had comfortably in the queen bed slide out, queen bed over the cab or the full bed/dinette conversion. All bed linens are included. Camp chairs and s'more sticks are ready for enjoying the campfire and making memories. Make us a part of your next adventure! ***This RV is ready to go: kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and serving, dining area seats 4, bedding is clean and included, linens for 2 are in the bathroom (please bring extras if needed,) brand new sound system with backup camera and GPS, electric slide, tons of light, TV/DVD/CD system, plus lots of extras.*** NO PETS. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. (please ensure the windows and vents are closed if you are smoking outside, near the RV.) NO AWNING USE. NO FESTIVALS or TAILGATING.
