Our 2002 R-Vision Trail-Lite Bantam sleeps 6 people comfortably and can sleep up to 8 max. Don’t have a vehicle to pull it? We can deliver (see add-ons)!!!! Amenities include: Awning, camping chairs, linens (sheets & hand towels), leveling jacks, toilet, inside shower, outside shower, air conditioner, heater, radio, kitchen sink, hot water heater microwave, coffee maker, stove range, dining table, refrigerator with small freezer and an oven. There is 30 gallon water capacity with black water and gray water holding tanks. Note: The microwave, coffee maker, power outlets, and A/C unit must be powered by shore power (plug-in power at a site), or an optional Predator 3500 generator can be added to your rental for powering these items. Discounted rates available for extended rental periods. Requirements: Your tow vehicle must be properly equipped (2” ball and 7 pin DOT connector for lights). Your vehicle must be capable of towing a 220lb tongue weight and 275lbs gross weight. Things to Know: Bring personal items & toiletries needed for you to get your adventure started. Included: 30-gallon fresh water tank, 4 camping chairs, an outdoor area rug, extra containers for additional water, washed and sanitized sheets for both beds, basic cookware, dishes, and utensils. Head off to the relaxation of the Colorado mountains! We even provide roasting sticks for s’mores, so don’t forget the fixings!! Bring your sleeping bags or blankets. Dog friendly with prior approval. There will be a charge of $50 per rental period for additional cleaning required. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the trailer. Noncompliance will cause forfeiture of your cleaning fee deposit. The trailer must be returned in clean condition, without damage. If it is not clean or there is damage not previously noted at possession, cleaning and repair costs will be deducted from your deposit. Gray and black tanks must be emptied by you and reflect as empty on the gauges prior to return. If the gauges do not reflect as empty at return, $150 fee applies. You are responsible for the cost of RV park passes required at any campground or venue. Rentals will stop for the season on October 17, 2022, and begin again May 1, 2023. From October 1st to October 31st, trailer water and toilet availability is weather dependent. Hunters CLEAN YOUR GAME OUTSIDE OR FORFEIT DEPOSIT.
