You can also travel confidently knowing that everyone will have a comfortable place to sleep because of the double-size bunks that have been included and dinette converts into one more queen bed as well. Our trailer comes with largest-in-class windows to bring in a spectacular view of the beautiful landscape that surrounds you, and it also comes with a 78" interior height. You will also find a 13,500 BTU roof-mount AC for added comfort in warmer climates and a 20,000 BTU furnace as well. It is about 22 feet long & about 3,474 pounds dry weight. It can be towed by most of midsize SUVs (please, check before booking) Trailer comfortability accommodates 5 to 8 people, depending on dynamics on your group's sleeping arrangements. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a 2 burners gas stove, microwave, large fridge and freezer, ventilation and water heater. Enjoy cooking while watching TV (32 inch). Large space for storage underneath for all of your adventure gear. Amenities Starter Kit includes dish soap & sponge, regular paper towel, RV toilet paper, cleaning supplies, fire extinguisher & first aid kit, cookware & utensils, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, pots & pans, hand can opener, dishes, coffee mugs, etc. Outside propane frying pan, additional outside fridge. BBQ Weber grill with utensils (available by request) uses TT propane outlet, no tank needed. Picnic table and chairs for 4 people. Bathroom: bath towels (by request) toilet paper, toilet paper holder, broom and dustpan, cleaning product One propane tank is included, can be empty on the returning, $35 prepayment is required. Extra tank is available in add ones. Delivery & Pickup within any distance available upon request. Sway control and weight disruption system will be provided by request. It is included to the price. It is the guest responsibility to ensure the towing vehicle is equipped with a 7-pin electric harness, electronic trailer brake controller. If you use your own sway control, you must have the ball mount 2-5/16” ball. Failure to ensure these elements provided by the guest at the moment of the beginning of the trip will incurred in a reservation cancelation (without refund) due to safety issues. No smoking please, minimum cleaning fee after smoking is $1500. Only dogs or small dinosaurs allowed. No elephants, giraffes, or caws please. Please, keep your pets out of sofas $250 per pet additional damage deposit is required. The RV must be returned in the same condition as received (interior and exterior). All gray and black water tanks must be fully emptied prior to return. Otherwise, we will charge $150 from deposit. If tanks are clogged cleaning cost is $300 per tank. Regular cleaning is $150 plus some extra if there are any issues. Full deep cleaning is $450. All tableware, grill, kitchen utensils should be properly washed. If we do it for you, $100 will be deducted from deposit. We are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancelations for COVID. All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us, with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors. Any issues must be promptly communicated and reported Any damages incurred during the rental must be reported and will be deducted from deposit. Pick up time 11 00 AM Drop off tine 3 00 PM Late return yearly pickup fee is $50 per hour. Remember, we will need from 1 to 2 hours at a time of pick up for proper inspection and instruction and signing paperwork and 1 hour for the same reason when return the trailer. Delivery to the arias after hurricane is free of labor cost, only fuel price will be charged in case of 1 month or more renting.
