NEW 2023! SHELL OF A TIME! Cutest Beachy theme camper in town!

RV there yet? That is what your kids will be saying, in anticipation to stay in our lovely NEW 2023 Heartland Pioneer BH250! We are super excited to host "Shell of a time" to you and your family! We offer delivery to full hook up campgrounds only. **WE OFFER THE USE OF 1-4 INFLATABLE PADDLEBOARDS FOR ADDITIONAL FEE! ** Shell of a Time is decorated in a tasteful beach shell theme which is sure to bring the relaxation of the salt sea air to the entire family whether you are camping at the beach areas, woods, or lakes! Shell of a Time is 29 ft in length and can accommodate 7 persons maximum depending on personal size and space preferences. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and door for privacy. The living room area has a jackknife sofa that turns into a bed that can fit 1-2 persons. The kitchen table also turns into a sleeper bed for 1-2 persons. Shell of a Time offers two bunker beds. The top bunker can hold up to 200 lbs. and bottom bunk up to 300 lbs. Free use of clean linens and towels during your stay included! The kitchen is equipped with a full double sink, microwave, refrigerator/freezer combo, a three-range stove, and AIR FRYER! We will provide lovely shell themed dishes, mugs, cups, utensils, pots/pans, coffee pot, blender, toaster, and sandwich/omelet maker! We also offer use of our Coleman two range propane camping stove for outdoor use included in rental costs for your outdoor cooking enjoyment! Shell of a Time offers a bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. The tub is great for bathing little kids and pets too! Shell of a Time has two Roku TVs (master bedroom and living room area) with DVD players, including some family friendly DVDs. Campground internet/Roku connection is not guaranteed reliable. We recommend use of personal hot spot connection if needed. Enjoy your tunes both inside and outside the unit with the AM/FM radio with Bluetooth connectivity! We also offer use of board games during your stay for those rainy days or family game nights! Shell of a time has a sleek exterior with awning and LED porch lights! Feel free to enjoy the outdoors sitting in one of 5 included beach chairs on the Patriotic patio rug! There is also an outdoor shower attachment, great for cleaning the sand off your feet, hosing the kids down, or washing the pups after going on a hike or swimming in the lakes! Shell of a Time has a spacious cargo rack with a 300 lbs. weight limit. Great for hauling bicycles or other outdoor items. We offer delivery and set up/take down of "Shell of a Time” to your campsite of choice. We deliver to full hook up campgrounds only, no private generators or boondocking. Music festivals are negotiable, details are needed for owner approval. We are located in Central West Florida, within easy delivery distance to Orlando (Disney Fort Wilderness for example), Ocala (World Equestrian Center is popular destination area), Gainesville, Clearwater, or Tampa area just to name a few key destinations! Or use the paddleboards to see the Manatees at the waterfront campgrounds in Homosassa or Crystal River area! We are dog friendly up to 50 lbs. Please no smoking/vaping/recreational drugs/excessive alcohol allowed. We cater to traveling singles, families, snowbirds, traveling working professionals (travel nurses), and as needed for accommodations for disaster relief efforts.
