*** Delivery & Set-Up Only *** Please meet “RoughN-It”… this is our home away from home! We have the most fun when we take it out and think you will too! This travel trailer is family friendly and Disney ready! We deliver and set up within the central Florida area. Lots of room for the whole family! The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator & freezer, microwave, stove & oven and is fully stocked with pots, pans, crockpot, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, silverware, keurig, toaster, etc… all of the comforts of home. The dining table is a great place for those family dinners and game nights. Sleeping Arrangements: The bedroom has a queen bed, there is also a double over double bunk beds that are the perfect size for young kids or teenagers. The dining table converts to a bed for 1 or 2 people. The sofa also converts to a bed for 1 or 2 people. All bedding & pillows are provided. The bathroom is stocked with RV toilet paper, towels & washcloths. Lots of room, we even have wall storage bins for everyone’s toiletries and a walk in shower. There is also an outdoor kitchen and refrigerator. The oversized awning is great for providing shade on those sunny Florida days. Camping chairs and pool/beach towels are provided and we also make sure the propane tanks (2) are full. If you have any special requests, just ask. Disney’s Fort Wilderness Campground falls within the 35 mile distance and delivery & setup is $100. If you are visiting another campground, reach out to me to determine the distance. No Smoking (a $500 fee will be applied if smoking in the trailer) No Pets Cleaning Fee $45 (Required) Septic Prep & Finish Fee $45 (Required) Once we deliver and set up the trailer, it cannot be moved. Insurance coverage will be void. **** We do not participate in festival type events.**** **** 3 night minimum on select holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years).
