We have a very comfortable camper that is kid and pet friendly. We are wanting to help others disembark from the busy life and enjoy what each other have to offer and start traveling the US in comfort.

The host/owner saved the day and made things happen. Sadly RV not EZy Software and bad customer service did not make it a good experience. I will be exploring the other brands.

This rating goes to the owner/Host. I would highly recommend them to anyone. As for RVEZY? There was nothing EZ about it. I have dealt with them before but this time was once of the worst experiences I had with any rental company. From customer service to the non-user friendly app. Throughout all of the difficulty, you would sure think that when speaking to a human it would be more helpful but it wasn't. Thankfully the host had the patience of Job and worked with me.
There are some serious software tweaks that need to be made to make the experience better. I know I am not the only one who has gotten frustrated.
My work has me and my staff traveling a lot and needing accommodations on site. There are other choices.
