Relax outside under a 14 foot motorized awning, complete with 4 high-back camping chairs. No need to bring a propane tank for the outdoor grill (add-on option), just hook up to the fixed tank connection and get cooking! Saftey is a top priority! This RV has 7 seatbelts to keep everyone secure while on the move. Fire extinguisher in kitchen, emergency exit window in rear, smoke and carbon dioxide detectors help to keep your family safe. We will have some bathroom supplies, bottled water, sodas, breakfast tea and a few coffee pods to get you on the road. Other things to note: • PET FEE - $300 - NO pets allowed. If the RV is returned with pet hair or smells like pet or pet urine this fee will apply. • SMOKING - $300 - Even if the windows are open NO SMOKING is permitted inside the RV. • CLEANING - $150 - RV must be returned properly cleaned, as received, or this fee applies. • WASTE TANK EMPTYING - $150 - Holding tanks (Black & Gray) must be dumped before returning or this fee applies. • LATE RETURN - $50 per hour after agreed upon time. • DO NOT WALK/SIT ON THE ROOF!
