This cozy RV Trailer is fully equipped with anything you need to go camping whether you are flying from another city or you are locally living in Florida. It is a Brand new 2022 Coleman Lantern light weight with a lot of space to have a great time outdoors. This unit sleeps up to 10 people. One side slides out to make the trailer bigger in the inside. It is fully equipped with the essentials in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. In the kitchen you will find: plates, silverware for 10 people, pots, pans, cooking utensils, inside gas stove, water heater, microwave and fridge. There is a private bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 good size bunk bed with curtains for privacy, the dining table and sofa can be converted into a beds. Each bed has fresh linens with pillows and they are washed before any new trip. The bathroom has a separate door from the main entrance in the unit, you can access to the bathroom from the outside as well as the inside. It has inside and outside speaker system. 55" inches smart TV is going to be installed on top of the fireplace. The Tow Hitch has been level to give extra support when driving the trailer. Hoses for electrical, clean water, sewer and gray water are included with the rental price. INSIDE THE TRAILER This trailer is light weight and can be pulled by a small truck or SUV. There are two doors to enter the unit, one for the main area and one directly to the bathroom. When you walk in, to the right you will find a beautiful fireplace in front of the private room with the queen side bed with a lot of space for storage, outlets and two pocket doors. Mattresses have water resistance protector, new linens for each visit and blankets. To the left, there is the big open space with the sofa, dining table and fully loaded kitchen. There is plenty space for storage. To the end of the trailer, there is 2 bunk beds that sleep up to 4 people. Then, the bathroom with it own door to the exterior. There are USB charger stations next to each bed. I uploaded a picture of the plan layout for you. OUTSIDE THE TRAILER There is not an outdoor kitchen, however, there is an BBQ rental with an additional fee. This includes: a outdoor BBQ, 6ft plastic folding table and 6 plastic folding chairs. The trailer comes with power receptacle awning 16ft length to create a shade for the sun.
