Brand new! Fully furnished and fully functional (washer and dryer too!). Equipped with everything you need and a lot of extras you wouldn’t think you needed. Set up is included with delivery. Included is 24/7 assistance for any questions or problems. We require full hook ups (water/electric/sewer) - message us before booking if your situation is different. Rules: The only big rule that we have is there is absolutely NO SMOKING inside. If there is signs of smoking inside, your full security deposit will be kept for a deep clean. Sleeping: 2 on Queen in master bedroom, 2 on full pull out couch in living room We are very easy-going owners. Just take care of it like it's your own and you will have a wonderful experience! We will deliver the RV within 100 miles (for special occasions, contact us for further travel and we will make accommodations).
