Our pet friendly, family friendly 2021 Grey Wolf 23DBH is perfect for family vacations and can be your new home away from home! It comes with modern laminate flooring, solid surface countertops, and a neutral color scheme to brighten the space. A warm fireplace and flat screen TV provide the perfect living area to relax in after a long day of fun. The trailer is 29' long and has a single slide out. There is a queen bed, two double bunks, and a convertible dinette with seating for 6 for sleeping spaces. Our kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, sink, oven, and three burner stove along with a convenient pantry space. The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and shower with vents, a skylight, and separate external entrance. There are LED lights throughout the inside of the camper as well as Bluetooth or radio speakers and plenty of windows for natural light. Also, the camper includes a fully functioning air conditioning unit as well as a propane furnace for colder nights. Outside, there is a 15' automatic extending awning for the perfect entertaining space. The outdoor space includes outdoor speakers, lights, and a convenient TV mount. There is a hot and cold water shower outside for particularly messy occasions. Near the main entrance door, there is an outdoor kitchen that includes a small fridge, ice maker, water hose, and propane plug. The outdoor kitchen does NOT include a propane grill, but one can be included in our Outdoor Entertainment Package. There is also an outdoor storage compartment for extra space. A generator that fully powers the entire camper can be included at an extra daily charge. The trailer is approximately 5400 lbs dry weight for easy towing by any half ton (your average F-150) or higher truck. The weight distribution hauling setup will be included at no extra charge. This trailer uses a 7 pin connector for lights and brakes. We love our dogs as well as dogs of all sizes. All pets are welcome on a case by case basis in addition to a $10 per night per pet fee. Delivery and setup is available upon request. The kitchen comes fully stocked with mixing bowls, pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, cooking utensils, and grilling utensils. Toilet paper and one roll of paper towels will be supplied. Otherwise, please ensure all items used are cleaned and placed back in their designated places upon returning the camper to avoid an additional cleaning fee. We are located just outside of Newnan, Georgia and are at an optimal location for many scenic vacations. Chattahoochee Bend State Park and West Point Lake are within 30 minutes.
