Unfortunately, if there is any pet damage or stains that cannot be cleaned upon return, a minimum $200 fee will be applied. • Gas and propane must be full upon return. If the RV is not returned in this condition a $150 fee will be applied per item. • Grey and cassette toilet tank (black) must be completely empty upon return (grey tank valve should be open during return). If the RV is not returned in this condition a $150 fee will be applied PER ITEM. • No festivals, tailgating or smoking are allowed with this RV. If this occurs a minimum $500 fee will be applied.
