When we picked up the RV it had a terrible smell to it. With having plans to meet family for thanksgiving we had no other option but to continue renting it we assumed it was a smell we can get rid of by a little cleaning but that was not the case. The smell was from the toilet lines not being flushed out from previous renters. I explained this to the owner and he did nothing to compensate the time I took to clean someone else’s poop. We had to get a hotel room the first night it was a hot mess The remote control for tv was missing so no tv the radio only worked am fm no Bluetooth. Very disappointed the owner didn’t offer anything but he did have the nerve to say and charge me for going over the miles by 120 Miles which came to 47$. Which I payed. Very disappointed and the owner is very cheap and don’t care about customers
