Our 2018 Shasta Oasis travel trailer is perfect for a family of 4-5 or a few friends looking for a quick getaway! Super lightweight, weighing in just under 3,500 lbs (unloaded) and PET FRIENDLY! **RENTERS VEHICLE MUST HAVE A BRAKE CONTROLLER INSTALLED FOR INSURANCE AND SAFETY REASONS** *We will provide hitch and sway bars for renters. Queen Bed with overhead storage and privacy blackout curtains. Booth Style Dinette fits four comfortably and folds down for additional sleeping area! Bunk Beds in back each with storage cubby’s. Large bathroom with tub/shower, toilet and large wardrobe cabinets. Kitchen offers sink, microwave, stove top burners, fridge/freezer and plenty of storage for food! Unit does NOT have a generator. ***Renters MUST empty gray water tank and black water tank before returning the unit or will be charged a dumping fee of $300.00!!*** Renters MUST not exceed a speed of 65 MPH on any roads while towing the 2018 Shasta Oasis 18BH. Tires on unit are not rated for speeds above 65 MPH.
