This is the perfect camper for a couple or small family! It's not too big, making it simple for beginners to haul. And it's not too small, giving you plenty of room to breathe even when sharing the space with other people. Has slide out for couch and space inside is just cozy, small but roomy with the slide out. With a queen bed and a fold-down couch, this would comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults. It has modern amenities like central AC/heat, a full stand-up shower with hot water, a radio and antenna, flat screen TV, and more to keep you comfortable while enjoying the outdoors (full use of amenities when hooked up to electric). Though this is an older model camper with some signs of its age, it has recently been updated and repaired - including a brand new awning, subfloor repairs, caulking to prevent leaks, replaced toilet parts, and new leveling jacks.. Has out door hookup for grills to a propane hook up, we can provide a grill for outside at small cost or bring your own.We will gladly provide a large cooler and cash for ice if your trip occurs prior to it being fixed. The camper will come stocked with basic cookware, disposable dinnerware and plasticware, bug spray, sunscreen, band-aids, toilet paper, paper towel, bathroom linens, bed linens (including pillows). The camper is clean and uncluttered, with lots of storage space, making it a great choice for a no nonsense, comfortable camping experience! Awning is perfect size with indoor outdoor carpet that comes with also has a 32 gallon fresh water holding tank, antenna for local stations, internet hook up, Reese hitch on bumper for bike rack etc. easily pulls with a half ton truck or SUV or we deliver. NOTE: Absolutely no smoking of any kind within the camper! Please be aware before booking, we are not a "rental company."
